What happens if I lose my card and want a new one?

You can get your membership number emailed to you at https://www.sceneplus.ca/sendmycard, or you can request one (1) new physical card be shipped to your profile address up to 2 times per calendar year. Cards will be mailed out within 5 weeks. Visit https://www.sceneplus.ca/account/card to request your physical card.
