I want to redeem my points towards Apply Points to Travel. Why can’t I redeem them?

Members can only redeem all or some of their Scene+ points towards Apply Points for Travel if their total points balance can cover the full amount of travel. If you have fewer points than your total travel amount, Scene+ points cannot be applied for full or partial redemption.
