Customers must present their physical Scene+ card or a digital wallet version in order to redeem points. Photocopies and photographs of Scene+ cards, or provision of the Scene+ number verbally, will not be accepted for points redemption. Customers will be requested to show a government issued photo ID for redemption transactions over $200. You can request another digital card at https://www.sceneplus.ca/send-my-card.
I lost my physical card, can I share my Scene+ number at checkout to redeem my points?
