Why is the Cineplex Store changing to CosmoGO?
As of January 1, 2025, CosmoBlue Media acquired the Cineplex Store. All Cineplex Store customers were transferred to CosmoBlue Media as per the letter sent on February 13, 2025. CosmoBlue Media has now relaunched the Cineplex Store as CosmoGO.

Will my Cineplex Store purchases transfer to CosmoGO?
Yes! All your eligible Cineplex Store purchases have been moved to CosmoGO and can be found under My Library after you log in. Active rentals will be available, but expired rentals will no longer be accessible.

Why can’t I enter my Scene+ card information or earn/redeem Scene+ points on CosmoGO?
CosmoGO currently does not partner with Scene+, so you will not be able to earn or redeem Scene+ points on the platform as of September 9, 2025.
- How do I get started with CosmoGO?

Your Cineplex Store app will automatically update to CosmoGO on most devices. You can also manually download or update it via your device’s app store, including mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Smart TVs (Roku, Samsung, LG, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV).
