To reset your password:
On your mobile phone, computer, or tablet,
- Enter your Scene+ card number on the login screen, or email address, then click Continue.
- If prompted to reset your password, your Scene+ Card Number or email address will be pre-populated, select Continue.
- If not prompted to reset your password, click on Forgot password? and select Continue.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link provided.
- You’ll receive an SMS with a verification code—enter it and click Continue.
- If you would prefer to receive the verification code via phone call, click Get a call, input the received code and click Continue.
- Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
You’re all set! Use your new password to log in.
Already reset your password?
On your mobile phone, computer, or tablet:
- Enter your Scene+ card number or email address and click Continue.
- Enter your password, click Continue, then enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone.
You’re ready to go!
