Forgot your password?
Click Sign In on the Scene+ app or on sceneplus.ca.
Enter your Scene+ card number or email address, then click Continue.
Click Forgot Password.
Confirm your card number or email, then click Continue.
Check your inbox for the reset email, click the link, and enter the SMS code (or choose Get a call).
Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
Not receiving the MFA code?
Your phone number may be outdated, or the text might have been sent to a landline. Please call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805 to update your number.
Can't reset your password?
If your phone number or email is outdated, you will need to call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805 to update your account.
Stuck on loading after entering the MFA code?
The code may have been entered incorrectly. Wait five minutes, request a new one, and make sure you enter the six digits exactly as received.
Spam block
Sometimes your provider may block Scene+ texts or calls. Please follow the whitelist instructions to ensure you can receive them.
Tech error
There may be a temporary issue with your device, provider, or internet connection. Check your settings and connection, then try again.
