Issue: Forgot Your Password?
Solution: Click on “Forgot Password” and enter your Scene+ Number or Email. Choose the call or text option to access your verification code. I you selected the call option, press # on your phone’s keypad. If you selected the text option, enter the 6-digit code and reset your password.
Issue: Incorrect phone number and/or email address
Explanation: Information might be outdated on the account.
Solution: Call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805 to update account information.
Multi Factor Authentication
Issue: Never ending spinning circle/loading page after inputting MFA code
Explanation: The MFA code was not entered correctly
Solution: Request a new MFA code and double check you are entering the correct 6 digits received.
Issue: Not receiving code
Explanation: Due to potential wrong phone number on account or text was sent to a landline.
Solution: Call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805 to update phone number
Issue: Spam Block
Explanation: Phone provider blocking text or call due to spam block
Solution: Whitelisting
Issue: Tech error
Explanation: Possible issue on device, with provider, or internet connection.
Solution: Check settings on device and internet connection.
Locked out of account
Error Code: This operation is not authorized, please contact the Scene+ Call Center. **
Explanation: Scene+ account has been suspended.
Solution: Call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805
Error Code: This email address is already associated with another account.
Explanation: Potential tech issue.
Solution: Call Member Services at 1-866-586-2805
Error Code: Please check your Scene+ number or password and ensure you have registered your card.
Explanation: Either the email address, Scene+ number or password was typed incorrectly.
Solution: Verify that all information is correct and/or reset password.
